You use SpaceX Tracker at your own risk. The app displays launch schedules, mission data, weather, and other information sourced from third-party APIs. This information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Do not rely on information from this app for safety-critical decisions. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data shown in the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.
The app may stop working, be withdrawn, or become unavailable at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

Subscriptions and one-time purchases within the app are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit 2. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
We do not handle, store, or process payment card information. All billing, refund, and subscription management is handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
Premium features are unlocked upon successful verification of a valid subscription via StoreKit 2. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.
Launch data, mission details, and vehicle information are sourced from the Launch Library 2 API (The Space Devs), SpaceX press releases, and other public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data.
News articles and updates published through the app are written or curated by us and are provided for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NOK 100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. For material changes, we will send an in-app push notification. Continued use of the app after the updated Terms are effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
